In the Course of Construction
Inspections during various stages of the construction of a new house are essential. We recommend inspections in at least 4 stages beginning with the laying of the foundation.
Advancement of Construction Work
Specifically designed for Financial Institutions for the advancement of funds during a new construction. The service includes:
- Several visits to the construction site
- A written report form including pictures, is provided after each inspection on the progress of the construction work
- An alert signal for any major deficiencies which are noted during the inspection
